Hi, I’m Lisa! I’ve proudly called Florida’s Space Coast home since 1997, and today I serve all of Brevard County as a trusted REALTOR®. I help buyers and sellers move through their real estate journey with confidence and care. To me, real estate has always been about more than contracts and closings. It’s about people, trust, and making sure every step of the journey feels supported, transparent, and tailored to your needs.

I bring a collective 30+ years of customer service experience across multiple industries—defense contracting, retail, education, hospitality, event planning, film and television production, and real estate. No matter the role, one thing has always been at the center: service. Listening carefully, solving problems, and guiding people through big decisions aren’t just part of my work—they’re who I am. That dedication to service is what sets me apart.

Of course, service also means truth. I don’t believe in telling clients only what they want to hear. Instead, I provide clear research, market insight, and real numbers to help you make informed choices. I combine patience, professionalism, and transparency so that when closing day comes, it feels like a celebration, not a scramble.

I’m passionate about giving back through volunteer work with organizations such as New Life Mission, Honor Flight (welcoming veterans at Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C.), meal-packing initiatives, American Heritage Girls, homeschool co-ops, and community theatre programs. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of service, connection, and supporting others.

Life Beyond Real Estate

When I’m not serving clients, you’ll usually find me with a script or clapboard in hand, as independent filmmaking is one of my passions. I also love to travel—especially cruising. Living on the Space Coast, Port Canaveral is my favorite place to set sail, but I’ve also enjoyed cruises out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, the Port of Miami, and the Port of Tampa. One of my most memorable cruise stops was in Honduras, where I had the chance to hug a sloth, learn from the locals, and support the community by shopping at family-owned businesses.
